V.Star Minerals Company Limited has more than 15-year-experience specializing in Industrial Minerals, Processing, Sales and Exporting Ultrafine Calcium Carbonate Powder. We own advanced modern technology grinding line system which are in compliance with European Standard, possess skilled and professional engineers and technical workers. Our Products are committed to high and stable quality and in compliance with The Quality Management Standard ISO 9001: 2015. MATERIAL QUALITY
The factory of V.Star Minerals Company Limited is located near Thac Ba Lake, in Yen Binh District, Yen Bai Province where waterway and road transport system are very favorable in delivering stone materials from White Limestone Mine in Mong Son Commune and Luc Yen District. These Lime Stone sources have chemical composition and physical properties that are consistent with the requirements of multiple industries and were found to be the best quality in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY
The factory of V.Star Minerals Company Limited has a capacity of 150,000 tons per year. Calcium Carbonate powder product is processed by Nano technology ultra-fine grinding lines with multi-level separation system which can control powder particle size according to the requirements of multiple industrial production sectors.
QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS
Raw materials are sorted and washed with high pressure pump, selected by manual methods before being put into processing. Calcium Carbonate Powder product is tested continuously in our laboratory during processing by integration of the most modern equipment in the world including a UK particle size analyzer "Malvern Mastersizer laser 3000E", a Japanese machine measure the whiteness and the reflection of light " Konica Minolta CR410". So, we commit to have the highest and stable product quality.
